Monthly plans with a fixed number of credits. Heavier calculations cost more credits. No free tier, but sandbox keys let you build and test for free.

Sold by Jodiac AI, Betul, Madhya Pradesh, India, GSTIN 23GBFPP0093E1ZU. Prices are per month and exclude GST. GST is added for customers in India. A plan runs for the dates on your invoice (whole days, UTC). Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.

You are only charged for calls that succeed. A call that fails, or that we reject because an input is not valid, costs nothing.

When credits run out
The API answers 402 credits_exhausted until your next period starts or credits are added. There are no surprise charges: extra use is off unless you switch it on in the portal, and then it stops at the spend cap you choose. Every response tells you how many credits you have used and have left (X-Credits-Used, X-Credits-Remaining).
Extra use (optional)
If you want calls to continue after the included credits are used, switch on extra use in the portal and choose a spend cap. Extra use is charged after the period ends, per started 1,000 credits, and stops with 402 spend_cap_reached when the cap is reached. Enterprise has no extra-use charge (fair use applies).

The default spend cap is twice your monthly plan price and can be set between one thousand credits' worth and ten times the plan price. An unpaid extra-use charge switches extra use off until it is paid.
PDF reports through the API (optional)
Reports are paid from a prepaid wallet, not from plan credits. Top up the wallet in the portal; each order reserves its price and a report that cannot be made is refunded to the wallet automatically.

Paying, changing and cancelling
- Paying. In India we use Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, cards, netbanking) in rupees; everywhere else PayPal in US dollars. You pay on the provider's own page. Plans at or below ₹15,000 including GST renew automatically by UPI AutoPay, card or net banking. The larger plans (Scale and Enterprise) renew automatically by a net banking e-mandate that you approve with your bank on the payment page, or you can choose to pay each month by an e-mailed payment link instead.
- Invoices. Every payment gets a numbered tax invoice, e-mailed to you and available in the portal. Customers in India are charged GST; invoices for customers outside India are exports of services without GST.
- Upgrading starts the new plan at once and ends the old paid period (the used part is not refunded). Downgrading starts when your current paid period ends.
- Cancelling stops future charges at once; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Failed renewal. You get a few days of grace with a reduced allowance before the plan stops.
- Refunds. See the refund policy (being finalised).
Service levels and support
We run the service on managed infrastructure and aim for it to be available all day, every day, but we do not yet offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Live availability is shown on the status page. Support is by the contact form on the contact page, answered on business days. Enterprise customers can ask about written service levels.
Sandbox
A sandbox key is free. It never reaches the calculation engine: it answers only for the sample inputs in the guide and always returns the same stored answer, marked "sandbox": true. Use it to build and test your integration, then switch to a live key.
