How do I order a report?
Open the report you want, press Order now and enter the birth details. You see a free preview first. After you pay on the payment provider's page, we send a download link to your e-mail.
How long does delivery take?
The PDF is usually ready within minutes of payment and the link is sent to your e-mail. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for the link again with the code we e-mail to the same address.
Which languages are available?
Reports are available in English and Hindi. You choose when you order. Most pages on this site are in English, and the home page, reports, numerology and contact pages are also in Hindi.
What if I do not know my birth time?
The rising sign, the houses and the divisional charts depend on the birth time, and the Moon sign can change if the birth is near midnight. Please find the time from a birth certificate or hospital record. Without it a report would not be reliable.
Can I change my birth details after ordering?
Write to contact@jodiac.in (or use the contact form) with your order number as soon as you notice a mistake and we will tell you what can be done. The preview before payment is the best place to check the details.
Which ayanamsa do you use?
Lahiri (Chitrapaksha), the most widely used in India. Houses are whole-sign. Our page on how we calculate lists the conventions.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Write to contact@jodiac.in (or use the contact form) with your order number and tell us what happened. Our refund policy is on the Refunds page.
What do you do with my birth details?
We use them to calculate your report and to send it to you. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising. The privacy notice has the details of how long we keep them.
Do you store what I type in the numerology calculator?
No. The name and date are used for the sum and are not stored or logged.
Are the predictions guaranteed?
No. Astrology is a traditional way of reading symbols. Our reports describe traditional readings and timing of dasha periods. They do not promise events and they are not medical, legal or financial advice.
How can I use the calculations in my own app?
